Hello and Welcome to my blog! :)
Today I am participating in the Lawn Fawn Hearts Cards for Kids Blog Hop! We have all come together today to make cards for a wonderful cause, Cards for Kids! We hope to encourage you to also make cards for this great cause and have fun along the way, too! So please hop along with us, and make sure to leave comments as there will be prizes for commenters and participants! So let's get going! Also, if you are lost in the hop, you can always start at the beginning at the Lawn Fawn blog. Thank you so much for hopping along with us today!
If you are coming over from Nichol Magouirk's blog, then you are on the right track. Wasn't her work just amazing!?... Yes, she is indeed a tough act to follow, so hopefully I won't let you down!.....
I ended up making two mini-cards with the cute little animals from Lawn Fawn's "Critters in the Burb'" set. I wanted to keep them fairly simple, yet I wanted to make sure that they both had a positive and happy sentiment on them, since they are for small children.
I decided to go with: "You are Awesome"!.... Sometimes kids need to hear that, just in case they forgot. :)
The card with the little dog is meant to be for a young boy, and the next one below, with the cat, is for a girl. That's why I dressed her up with a small bow and a rhinestone necklace around her neck. :)
Hope you all enjoyed my little Critter Cards! They were super simple and fun to make!
Ok, well I won't ramble on too much, since I know most of you have LOTS more blogs to visit. So i'll keep this short.....
Your next stop on the blog hop is: Brit Swiderski!
She's got some fun cards! So go on over and check her out!
Thanks so much for stopping by today! Hope you visit again soon! =)
