Hello Everyone!... DeNami Design has chosen to feature the lovely "Winter Evergreen Tree" on their blog today. When I was trying to come up with an idea for this card, I first naturally thought about covering up the tree with one of the many different fun leaf options that DeNami carries. You may remember when I used this same image to make this: "Christmas Evergreen Tree Card" a while back.
Well, as you can see, I decided not to cover the tree this time. I thought about how lovely it was just by itself. This bare tree is such a great representation of it's own name. A "Winter" tree is exactly what it is, and thus I felt it looked beautiful just stamped alone.
I only added some light snowflakes in the background, just to add more to the winter feel of the card. Other than that, the rest of the card is pretty neutral and toned down... even the twine and button embellishments.
Hope you guys enjoyed this card today. I'd love to hear what you think! Please be sure to stop by the DeNami Blog today so you can check out even more great inspiration from the rest of the design team.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
