HeLLo! Happy Monday Everyone!.... I'm super excited, because today is my very first post as an official DT member of the Lawnscaping Challenge blog! Yay!... I've joined the very talented and super sweet group of girls over there, and today I want to share with you the latest Lawnscaping Challenge #5:
The challenge is to use any stamp set in an "unconventional way", and here is what I came up with:
Does that house look familiar to you???..... If you guessed that it's from the Cozy Christmas set, then you're absolutely correct! I used the "fireplace" image and simply added a roof and some doors, in order to create a little brick house. :)
Oh, and that's not all......
I even added some cute little critter bunnies waiting at the front door!.... hehe :)
Believe it or not, I actually ended up using a total of SIX different stamp sets in this single card. Do you know which ones they are?.....
Can you guess which image I used in order to make the "chimney smoke" shown below???
The smoke is actually just the "loose piece of thread" that is hanging off the spool in the Sew Lovely set from Lawn Fawn. It kind of looks like real smoke, huh?
All of the sets that I used on this card are each listed in the supply list at the end of this post. I hope I've inspired some of you to play along in this fun challenge. I'd love to see what you all can come up with!
If you need some more inspiration, check out my fellow DT members, over on the Lawnscaping Challenge blog. Those girls always blow me away with their creations, so I KNOW you won't be disappointed!
Oh, and one more thing before I go.... In case you missed it, I recently posted
My Craft Space VIDEO.... and a Giveaway!
Be sure to check it out if you haven't done so already. I'm giving away a fun ribbon box!
Thanks so much for stopping by today! Hope you play along!
